COVID 19 Meeting #12
May 1st 2020, we held our 12th meeting VIRTUALLY via the internet, email, and and messenger. Our members were asked if they were financially able to participate, if so to please nominate the agencies in our community that were in desperate need of our donations during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The 3 non-profits with the most nominations were put in a pot and drawn from. The 3 finalists were Love Inc. , The Otero Hunger Coalition, and Runners Refuge food truck. Love Inc. was drawn and received our donation. No vote was taken for this drawing. It was simply luck of the draw. Love Inc. received our donation of $8353.00, which was used to feed our community and others in need. Thank you Bobby and Tina Martinez of Desert Sun Motors for being our "Round up Partner"
